La inmensa mayor\u00eda de los hombres trabajan como peones agr\u00edcolas y obreros de la construcci\u00f3n, aunque \u00faltimamente los m\u00e1s preparados, incluyendo mujeres, ofrecen servicio en la industria hotelera, por ser triling\u00fces (franc\u00e9s, ingl\u00e9s y espa\u00f1ol), y algunos, muy pocos, son profesionales universitarios y empresarios de varias categor\u00edas.
