{"id":137619,"date":"2023-04-04T15:53:25","date_gmt":"2023-04-04T19:53:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primicias.net\/web\/?p=137619"},"modified":"2023-04-04T15:53:25","modified_gmt":"2023-04-04T19:53:25","slug":"advierte-riesgos-por-uso-irresponsable-de-drones-en-semana-santa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primicias.net\/web\/advierte-riesgos-por-uso-irresponsable-de-drones-en-semana-santa\/","title":{"rendered":"Advierte riesgos por uso irresponsable de drones en Semana Santa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>SANTO DOMINGO-.<\/strong>\u00a0El Instituto Dominicano de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (IDAC) exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n y a los operadores de drones (Aeronaves Piloteadas por Control Remoto) a hacer un uso responsable de esos equipos durante el asueto la Semana Santa, advirtiendo el riesgo que podr\u00edan representar para personas, propiedades y otras aeronaves.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-137620\" src=\"https:\/\/primicias.net\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/USO-DRON-SS-640-X-400-300x187.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"187\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primicias.net\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/USO-DRON-SS-640-X-400-300x187.jpg 300w, https:\/\/primicias.net\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/USO-DRON-SS-640-X-400.jpg 474w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indica que es ilegal y de alto riesgo utilizar los drones para volar a menos de 50 metros sobre \u00e1reas congestionadas de personas, veh\u00edculos y edificios, adem\u00e1s de constituir una violaci\u00f3n al derecho a la privacidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recomienda a los operadores de drones, tal como lo dispone la normativa que regula su uso, a mantenerlos por debajo de los 400 pies de altura para evitar posibles accidentes con otras aeronaves en el espacio a\u00e9reo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El IDAC recuerda que los drones nunca se deben volar pr\u00f3ximos a los aeropuertos y aer\u00f3dromos, as\u00ed como en \u00e1reas restringidas por razones de seguridad, ya que el incumplimiento a estas disposiciones podr\u00eda implicar sanciones, de acuerdo a las normas que rigen esta actividad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsabilidad civil<br \/>\n<\/strong>Se\u00f1ala el IDAC que de acuerdo al Reglamento Aeron\u00e1utico Dominicano, los propietarios o usuarios son civilmente responsables frente a terceros afectados por el uso inadecuado de los drones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 SANTO DOMINGO-.\u00a0El Instituto Dominicano de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (IDAC) exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n y a los operadores de drones (Aeronaves Piloteadas por Control Remoto) a hacer un uso responsable de esos equipos durante el asueto la Semana Santa, advirtiendo el riesgo que podr\u00edan representar para personas, propiedades y otras aeronaves.
